Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your dried meat products, it must be returned within 48 hours of purchase. We only accept a returned product if it is in the same condition in which it was received. The package has to be unopened, unused, sealed, with no signs of damage.

Perishable frozen meat products cannot be returned. 

All refunds and exchanges are subject to the owner's approval and may be limited at his or her discretion. It is our discretion to process a partial refund for returned items not received in this condition.
